We had Dr Gavin out this arvo to help us with a bovine uterine prolapse (try saying that 5 times fast).Absolutely brilliant - he was friendly, informative, gentle with the cow in question, and talked us through the whole process, leaving us a whole lot more informed in the end (i certainly didn't know the phrase bovine uterine prolapse BEFORE he got here).My kids also enjoyed the experience

Had to take my dog Shazza in for an emergency after hours appointment. I am so thankful to the team for their great care. We even received a call the next morning to see how Shazza was doing. I would recommend this practice to others

If I could rate this veterinary service as 0 stars, I absolutely would. We called ahead prior to taking our dog to West coast, and the vet that answered was already in a foul mood. He sounded annoyed"

West Coast vets have been the primary vet for my horse for years, and I've always been happy with all aspects of their service.I recently decided to bring our dogs here too and I couldn't be more pleased!Our German Shepherd isn't comfortable around unknown dogs. The staff are super accommodating and let him in by a side door so we don't have to sit in the waiting room.Last month, our Setter had a minor surgery, and we were very impressed by the aftercare. She had a blast and loved coming back for her checkups.

These guys are amazing.From the moment I rang they were very understanding & caring. Prompt to come to our aid with a sick dig at home. To a very peaceful euthanasia.All with in an hour from first making contact.Thanks guys for making thinks a little easier for a rather distraught 13 year old child, and unwell 11yr old dog.

Vet and staff are wonderful, caring and kind. The vet we saw for a check up and vaccination is very good. We attended the puppy training course which was a bit hit and miss.
